 "The Friends of The Clients" is a unique initiative on the Polish market , promoting the importance of building strong, positive relations with clients. Our goal is to help organizations manage client experience in order to eliminate churn and ultimately turn their customers into their advocates. 

The commencement of the project was a conference - held on December, the 9th, 2008 with two add-on days: seminars held by leading experts in the area of broadly taken customers relations - one of the greatest marketing minds of today - Professor Michael R. Solomon of St. Joseph University, Philadelphia and Shaun Smith, a world known expert, advising the companies all around the world on how to build life-long loyalty of their clients.
